And if you read the documents from the CCAA, and specifically the 6th monitor's report and the associated court orders from both Canada and the US courts, you'll see that all 3 BioAmber entities had their assets sold in the liquidation. All 3 are listed on all of those documents, and the assets of all 3 are listed in the APA in the 6th report.

Anybody that tells you any different has not read the documents or is being intentionally misleading, because it is all in there in black and white.

The liquidation involving all three companies is obvious and barely worth “proving”, although it can be and has been- a lot. Are you declining to answer my polite question about whether you understand that there are companies that have gone bankrupt and had dead shares in accounts for years and decades thereafter?
