If you read docs.. you would see that the BK case lasted about a month and got dismissed. company entered CCAA and the rest is history on selling the assets of the Subs. Restructure. It was the Sub that was Liquidated.. not the parent.. prove me wrong.....You got 22 companies to deal with.. go for it.....Loud Bark.. No Bite.
