Hi Monica and Merry Christmas to you. Would you mind speaking to your 3/30/2021 payout opinion as it relates to the new REITS requirements for 90% payout within the same year? It seems to me, that others feel strongly about some money coming this year because of the REITS requirements. Why do you believe this EOy requirement won’t pertain to us(escrow holders)?
