Why will David Tepper talk to us, especially since he was one of the 'adversarial' Hedge Fund Managers who was caught with Insider Trading...Looks like you are relatively new here and do not know the history of the WaMu Saga. The guy who owes us answers is our EC chairman MW and maybe to a lesser extent lawyers at SG who represented us/EC in the negotiations for ironing out the PORv7 and who encouraged us to sign off our Releases to JPM & FDIC with the promises of "F&R" recoveries in return.
