That payout estimate was based on the Trust collecting at least one $300 million fraud claim in the civil litigation. So far that seems to be going nowhere. But settling these other claims may be a priority right now. And there are still many jurisdictions to work through before we find the right court to get a favorable judgement. And that's not to suggest judge shopping. But we have to work through all the venues before we find where our legal arguments are applicable.
