I am not saying this is the case, as I have never even seen it other than it seems to have happened here before, but if this is another instance of near term share price appreciation in order to prop up a dilutive offering, which is then followed by the price retreating back down to a dollar, then I would say anyone still holding post retreat should have their head examined. I sincerely hope that is not what is happening. I can say, however, that there is no hope or chance whatsoever of this being evidence of a "buyout".
