there is no "license" for a Breach of Contract claim.

Any "license" that MAXD bought from Eli Attia is worthless.

If you think MAXD "won" that's your opinion but the courts consistently call MAXD the loser.

Maxd is involved cus they have the licensing rights fron eli attia. Eli Attia decided to take over, but maxd still good and i think they won
