I just noticed VBIV has 57% institutional...that's big participation on 242 mill o/s...the o/s is perfect for the big boys, nice & liquid, yet low enough it can be moved wherever they want it to go...when times right this will be crazy...and just wait until funds can push it around once it's solidly over $5...ground floor baby, ground floor! I still hold couple hundred .75 shares you got me in back in March even after we sold $6's..lmao!!
