when you buy refurbished stuff at the Apple Store, you can ask to take a look at it, first.

My house is a refurb, my girlfriend is a refurb, my dog is a refurb and everything I buy from Apple is a refurb, Except my new AlPB, who's latch didn't latch, screen has smallpox and finish is not nearly as stylish as my TiPB.
Sometimes it is better to have the factory take a second closer look then just rolling it off the assembly line and letting us be the beta testers
