Got a refurb 12-inch PowerBook from the Apple Store and it wobbles!

What do I mean? When it is on a flat surface, it wobbles like a table with a short leg. Yes, I checked it it is a flat surface. My old iBook and many other PowerBooks also have been on this same desk. Also, I tried it on five different services. It wobbles!!! It wobbles from the back left corner to the front right corner.

since it is the weekend I can't talk to anyone at Apple but I will. I did the second best thing though I went to the Apple discussion groups on the Apple website. Wobbling is a problem with the new 12-inch aluminum PowerBooks!!! Some say the bottom is bent, some say it is the battery that sticks out, some say when it heats up this happens. On mine it was that way out of the box, when cold.

Yes, I know, it is refurbished but it has a one-year warranty.

I have read that some say Apple replaced the bottom and some say Apple says it is not a problem.

Try typing on a powerbook that wobbles.

I am annoyed as a consumer and worried about these 12-inch aluminum powerbooks as a stockholder?

I will find out Monday how Apple treats my situation.

Any other experiences like this out there???
