I had missed that. It is GREAT news and puts VirTra in the crosshairs. WRAP has a $200mil market cap, $47million in cash, no debt, an only $4million in annual revenue!
In other words, WRAP has a big problem and great easy opportunity. VirTra solves both! VirTra has 20mil in revenue and could be acquired with WRAPs grossly inflated stock and or some cash. Maybe a half stock and half cash deal. Would make sense for both and also give VirTra what they need to take on Taser directly. Non leathal solution.
Ferris and WRAP CEO need to get their heads together otherwise Axon wipes them both out.
