Where did you get that number? I'm still working on it, but so far all I can up with from the last 10Q and the latest 8Ks is 43,188,103. Somethings screwy, though. It says that Monroe and Vinyard Creek together own 52,700,000 amounting to 80% of the total O/S. That would put the O/S at 65,875,000.

if the merger closes it will be

640 million shares USSE x 1.3 = 832 million shares

plus

95 million shares ONYI outstanding today

for a total of

927 million shares ONYI post merger

I think ONYI needs to raise authorized shares before they can complete this deal.
