US Rett = low dose, n= 25 (+6 PK), AU Rett = high dose, n=30 (+3 PK).

There are two adult Rett trials. The one that just reported using 5 mg dosage. The other one is using "high dosage". Exactly what that high dosage is, is unknown to me.

The third Rett trial is the pediatric trial and the dosage in that one is unknown to me.
