I don't have a smart phone, but I still get five to ten scam advertizing calls a day. How bad is it for you guys that have phones smarter than I am?

I agree with facebook. As a shareholder of FB and having recently sold my AAPL shares I think FB has a credible case. Freedom of speech. And embedded in our constritution- Freedom of advertisement. Have to read in between the lines for that one.
