I agree, Yazbeck will not pass at the chance for free money...it just won't be with the SCAMydx entity. Just how conmen work.

Why would Yazbeck want to go that route, when he can just let SCAMydx ticker delist due to administrative filing delinquency.

At that point, the company becomes private again, with no shareholders. Yazbeck can then privately transfer intellectual property wherever he likes.

Yazbeck knows it's not worth current shareholders time to pursue action with the SEC. What would shareholders expect to receive from a company that has assets of $350,000 and liabilities of $9,000,000?

The real problem is, Yazbeck purposefully has distanced himself from SCAMydx legally in attempt to avoid having to testify about SCAMydx business operations in court with Peatross.

That leaves no one running or operating SCAMydx. If folks wouldn't leave their child on a flying plane with no pilot, why would they invest in a company with no one running/operating it?
