The missing 2 billion shares were bought at the opening bell in early February by possibly an ENTITY. Read XMET trading history starting January 2020.

there are 9B yes but out of the 9 all are not outstanding. He created those shares to cover himself against possible claims. That's why you see only 8,272,627,462 on the 8k.
