I have the correct explanation in my DD that is pinned. Previous owner illegally over-issued 8.27B when only authorized 75M. Lazar issued 9B valid to cover and swap with intention of leaving difference . He waited until after claims to verify he don't have to settle any claims before canceling the difference. The 8k verifies that the remaining common shares are in fact approx 752M which is huge for us.
