Right. There are so many eyes on this, and so much international interest, that after three years the company still has not seen fit to reassemble the test plant you correctly identify as key to progress. Makes perfect sense.

Also, a research facility that counts on public funding to operate is likely to spin any research as “potentially groundbreaking”, or some such thing. The cold hard reality is that, more than three years in, nothing has come of all the research.
