I cannot agree on that, things have been happening on various levels.
Believe me I am not happy either about many things
I do think there is a lot of skin in the game at this point and the plant will certainly be reassembled
Will it be commercially viable?
The university thinks so and so do a lot of very smart people.
Time will tell
