Regarding the A/S O/S & Float..Board Members who believe in what they are doing,& believe that their company is going to be worth much more than it is, will NOT sell their restricted shares at prices like this, when they know the share price is going to be worth way more than current levels...
Unless they are just plain stupid?
I have also known of companies that raise the A/S in order to prevent a Hostile Takeover from other investment entities...
MJLB Did NOT Raise their A/S bcuz of Debt, which most OTC POS dilution machine Companies do..These guys know what they have here, A Gold Mine, IMO The A/S was raised to protect the company and/or for acquisition purposes, NOT to dump shares...
