To list on the DIFX, a company must provide:

* Accurate financial statements and audit reports for three consecutive years
* Evidence of good corporate governance
* Accurate corporate information in a timely manner to everyone at the same time

In all fairness though, you did leave out one important clause. that any and all of those requirements can be waived with special permission.

We all knew that sljb wasn't going to have 3 years of fin's. that's why petar had to state unequivocally that the audit was only for one year.
