* Evidence of good corporate governance
* Accurate corporate information in a timely manner to everyone at the same time



They seem to fail all requirements and the second is not fixable , plus no auditor would even think of touching SLJB with the OSC and SEC on their doorstep and civil suits just a hop skip and a jump away.
