Let's hope we get the same treatment here from at least one of the four regulators. I think if one does it, the others may be more inclined to do so. Our FDA is probably the most conservative of the four and while Biden will probably establish a new head for the FDA, the people who make these decisions, like Dr. Padzur, have been there for decades.

I've often heard new FDA heads discuss becoming far more dynamic, and people like Dr. Padzur make statements fully supporting the changes, but it's rare that I've seen real dynamic change. It still takes the FDA 6 months to decide how to make 4 minute eggs. I believe that the roughly 6 months that's been lost since TLD was first anticipated has probably been caused by the FDA, and they still may be preventing the company from announcing TLD. No company openly criticizes the regulators as ultimately, they are responsible for approving your products.
