ssft has common stock and preferred.
The preferred, about 3.314mm, converts to common @ 100 to 1!

I just again reviewed the most recent quarterly...IT IS HORRENDOUS!! The #s are a joke...same bs ongoing which has produced huge deficits! Cash down, liabilities up....

Everyone free to look it up...no wonder why there is always more stock offered up! WARNINGS ARE THERE!
