If they hadn’t announced the 2.5 million from continuation capital followed by the 13g filing i would have agreed but everything changed last week.

There is no more reason to dilute now
They got the 2.5m from outside for only 22m shares at 11c
They raked 7/10 more m
They need to announce that are finished diluting
Period

....1.2 billion volume and 150 mil shares added to OS in this time.....but, thats around $9 mil converted average only .06 cents.

That paid off alot of conversions.

Hope to hear more about dealing w conversions, like how they are going to use some of the $2.5 mil financing to pay some off.

All i know is, though, that even if OS was diluted to 1 billion, which i certainly hope not and dont.....SFOR still would have 1/100th or 1% the market cap of Zoom....

....that would be SGOR at $1 per share.

Wall Street obviously values video conferencing stocks at a premium....as the world has gone virtual conferencing on many levels during Covid years. So with the OS still only 375 mil, well by the time the OS could hit 1 billion if it did.... (though again i think most converts over now being that about $9 million could have been used)....who knows where the stock price would be. As TSNP with its 4 BILLION OS:

TSNP

...ran to at one point to almost a $1.5 billion market cap.

But at end of day, come Monday and this week, all i know is that the OS will be less then 500 mil, and seeing the volume and dollar volume here, i would guess there are thousands wanting shares here, then on top of that whales and institutional buyers perhaps. Put it all together and there still not anywhere near enough shares for demand i think at these prices.

And if Kay clarifies the dilution in any good way at all this week: boooooom unicorn lol.

We shall see......but buying dips has always been what to do here, and think this trend will continue......two or three day GREEN days.....a red or two conso......two or three green etc.
