My guess , company is buying back these shares since they have 9 billion float.if they really want to enter into share exchange program where they issue some shares of SNNC against some shares of DRNK. I think DRNK should buy these floats and dump them before they enter into exchange game. It will be a win-win for all. This is my wild theory who knows may be I am thinking correctly.
