If I was an investor, and did not where my company is being sued in court, I might reach out to the people responsible for submitting SEC filings. As key legal proceeding information that can impact the company's operations is published in those SEC filings.
You know what else is based off of SEC filings? The # of issued and outstanding shares. When companies do not file SEC required documents, none of the exchanges have accurate information to display what the total of outstanding # of shares is.
