It looks great, Juancy. Won't be long before the opening of another successful Snakes and Lattes location in Tucson. I can see the place full of happy paying customers.

With so many PRIME real estate locations coming available at deeply discounted leases, I suspect the progress of new locations to speed up. Perfect timing in a post-pandemic world.
