Sound like that will cause HUGE DILUTION for HUMBL shareholders so not so sure of the market value of those warrants for FORW. HUMBL will need to get its revenue stream growth up at a fantastic rate going forward.
Details of the purchase price of those warrants not stated in your post but am assuming they are in the one cent range maybe two.
