I guess GTLL could have stripped the assets out of GTLL. But again, there should be some recognition of the transaction somewhere from either of the companies.

No, but it was in the investor presentation under the Tools section...Honestly, I am just piecing all of this together. The other interesting fact is that GTLL owns 25% of Global Clean and BBIG owns 50%. Another complementary piece. I would think that BBIG just picks up the whole enchilada of GTLL.

Unless they just own a piece of each within GTLL....have to figure all this out. I did email Vinco IR and will let people know what I find out.
