You are really starting to sound like a pumper. You never answered my question regarding any thoughts you had on my 27 point IDS Manifesto. Here it is again in case you forgot. With a new one added.

IDS RED FLAGS

1. Downs’ arrest with multiple charges including grand theft, forgery and stock fraud.

2. His jail sentence.

3. His 20 years of probation.

4. The numerous newspaper articles detailing his scams of retired folks, business partners and even the family of a child that was raped and murdered.

5. His false claims that he has a college degree or that he was a Wall Street stock broker.

6. The dozens of civil actions filed against him and the court judgments he lost that total nearly 1 million dollars.

7. His personal bankruptcy.

8. His attempted corporate bankruptcy.(I say attempted because the judge stated it appeared there was fraud involved and refused to allow the bankruptcy.)

9. His more than a dozen failed corporations and his refusal to ever file financial statements for any of them.

10. The bogus award for Yassar Khawar from the IEEE.

11. The altered picture of the awards ceremony posted on the IDS website.

12. The altered picture of the alleged IDS/HLS headquarters in Pakistan that appeared on the HLS site.

13. The multitude of IDS PR’s that announced some fantastic development that never happened, like the dividend with the implied cash value of $1.10 that took over a year to be issued and is currently worthless, or the internet portal deal, or the bogus purchase orders, or the lost courier, or the fake stock buyback, or the minority ownership buyout offer for 995ad.com from back in June that has never materialized.

14. The Chinese 995ad.com IPO and non-working website; 995ad.cn

15. The fraudulent ads on the U.S. version of 995ad.com and the lies about the number of cars on the auto section or the deals with hotel chains, rental car companies, and airlines for the non-working travel section.

16. The bogus claims about 995ad.com's popularity on Alexa.

17. The recent lies about the hiring of a man from Nextel, when he clearly had already left that company before he joined IDS.

18. The buyout offer for IDS by WSA, a company formed 2 weeks before the offer using the IDS address and the fact that WSA is incorporated in Delaware, a State notorious for their lax laws (they don’t require the names of LLC’s to be known even to the State, thus giving no clue to the ownership)

19. The fact that not one single independent review exists for any of the IDS/HLS products.

20. The fact that no information can be found about HLS or WSA outside of IDS press releases.

21. The fact that Yassar Khawar is the CTO of IDS and the President of both HLS and WSA, yet IDS claims the buyout offers were supposedly unsolicited and the three companies are supposedly completely independent of each other.

22. The claim that HLS was not associated with the IDS division of the same name, but they clearly are one and the same.

23. The fact that no evidence exists that HLS is incorporated, anywhere.

24. The fact that not one single patent has ever been filed by IDS, HLS or WSA.

25. The rapidly expanding float and outstanding share numbers that were known before the TA was gagged.

26. The fact that Dun and Bradstreet says IDS has yearly sales of $190,000 as of June of 2006 .

27. Downs’ use of anonymous message board aliases to pump his own stock. They include undervaluehunter, MicrosoftEngineer, Datatech, Moneymade, and thewatchdog1.

28. Information blackout following last IDS PR on December 8, followed by dramatic 50%+ loss of share price.
