Hard to know if anything at all is real.

Regarding a 'real' move up in the $AVXL SP, if it sustains over days, weeks and months that would be some reasonable evidence.

May be when the pps hits double digits and stays in the zone for more than a week ? I call it 'Mike-will-not-like-it' phenomenon.

Even if there are results that are worthy of regulatory consideration, you won't need a "porta potty" because sp will still go down. Only when revenue is actually realised will sp slowly appreciate as institutions buy in and you will see that coming a long way off.

When you see institutional holdings increase significantly. That is often when short manipulators either move on to greener pastures or actually reverse their manipulation.

You may be witnessing the REAL rise in value of AVXL right now.

Slow and steady...rising 6% in less than an hour.

If this keeps going, we could see $6 at the end of the day. (IF is such a big word. LOL)

My thought on this question is volume and institutional ownership. This needs to go up to about 50 to 60% in order to stop the shorts from doing what they do best.

Nidan, I would like to hear other opinions on this as well. Imo, while a sp moving up considerably is great, I think maybe the better indicator might be the volume. If WS has learned something prior to a PR I would think there will be multiple days of continued very very high volume pushing the sp higher and higher. Volume precedes price. The current head fakes we have seen were done on much smaller volume than I anticipate seeing it if it real. Also keep in mind that if WS has learned something positive buying in at levels into the $20-30's is still chump change compared to the returns possible with Anavex so I expect a feeding frenzy at these levels once news is out.
