So they now identify it as a reverse merger...but Foote bought the control block of TSNP stock from Boucher supposedly...did he then sell that to HUMBL...a company he already has a membership interest in? Or TSNP bought the membership from Foote for “new” preferred stock?

Something doesn’t add up in a big way....good thing they are a non-reporting ticker...they might have had to actually explain things if they weren’t. ;-)
