right now, its valued at 1.6B Dollars with this market Cap, we needed to hear we are rolled out somewhere, someone is USING the app, all we heard was "i was in somilia and asked the people if they would use it".

Yes he mentioned goverment officials, etc. SO YES we WILL be huge. But hopefully somehow they can justify the $1.6B market cap...
