The "COOP" document I linked to yesterday (which worked but now has been disabled' ?) speaks about a "common dividend" and a "special dividend" ... a "special dividend" is applicable to the A's and B's that were issued' ... and one interpretation could be that a common dividend is applicable only to our original Corporate Structure recipients of the 200 million shares' as We' discussed yesterday' ...

Anyway, ... tomorrow the 10th' of December should be the beginning of ALL' of the REIT distributions' catching up of additional income earnings', needing to be distributed via the IRS 90% Rule', again, whether WMI associated or not' ... with a financial realization being distributed by the DTC during Friday's Business, and then moving through the month of December' ...
the FDIC is specific to the seized bank, ... WMB ... it simply seized the Bank' ... KKR and Company', have spent Cold Hard Cash', are here for "WMIH" and "WMIH and its Subsidiaries"
I don't believe for a minute that the "Process" ends any time soon, ... however', I do Believe That The "Process" will get Us' and WMIH caught up, and cleaned up and the move into 2021' will show a reasonable semblance of a WMI' reorganized' realization ...
