According to the proposed terms mentioned, the companies will merge indicating there will only be one type of stock after--and those will be shares of ONYI. USSE has the bulk of the market cap and shareholders won't see much of a change in the value of their holdings due to the potential reverse merger but they wouldn't be USSE shareholders anymore--they would be ONYI shareholders.
