Alm2 thanks for your thoughts. Something with this extension doesn’t fit the smell test. Makes no sense to “help” your adversary after they pummel you into the ground. Transparency from the company hasn’t occurred prior and we shouldn’t expect them to announce now why they agreed to it. We are all left to wonder, ponder and speculate...with no facts before us.

Saturday can’t get here soon enough. Very hopeful for positive news.

alm-not sure where you practice, but in NY/NJ, it is lawyer common courtesy to grant 1 extension to the other side, especially with Hanukah, Xmmas, and New Year's during this time.

The only reciprocity that is promised is that if the plaintiffs need more time in a future pleading , defendants agree to grant it as well.

It is a no brainer-the judge will grant it in 1 second--even more with an infringement case.

We can all be hopeful for a settlement and amrn rise this weekend to $50---but this extension means zilch, 0.
