PILBF won't have any E until next year. What they've got is a large reserve of mineral to exploit over the next 20 years and a huge market just to the North which will need those resources to fulfill their plans. PILBF is a buy and basically forget it investment, from a time frame perspective, but I expect that two or three years from now the current share price will look like a bargain.
