Maybe Marley's want their old ticker back. Maybe they and their friends and family have bought 100's of millions of shares at .0001. Maybe they will all become extremely wealthy if Rohan Marley wants to claim JAMN ticker for himself rather than just share the Marley name with it as in the past? Or... someone else may simply want the ticker for themselves?

Effective April 7, 2017,the Board of Directors of the Company accepted the resignation of Anh Trahn from the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Director. Effective June 1, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company unanimously elected Paul Strickland as Director to the Company and appointed Mr. Strickland as Secretary and Treasurer of the Company.
Effective August 24, 2020, the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Scott Johnson as Director to the Company and President of the Company.
Effective August 24, 2020, the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Chris Plant as Director to the Company and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
