I've thought about that, that he may try to low-ball us. Legally, he has to give us fair market value. All shares were common when the stock was delisted. An investigation will put him on notice.

He has already done that. Now we get 1/6,000,000,000th a share of the crumbs left over, instead of 1/1,600,000,000. He has had 4.4B shares magically appear in the O/S since the delist.

There won't be a suit filed against him prior to any wins, as none of the investors individually or collectively can fund the legals.
