That’s been over but thanks for bringing it up again. Too bad the competitors won’t disclose the tactics used against MYDX that were detailed in the lawsuit. Also, before a lawsuit can proceed there’s usually mediation. That’s why it was dismissed. They came to an agreement and Sanzeri and Dewald still admitted guilt of the things the lawsuit disclosed which are still happening on investor forums just like the lawsuit claimed. Fast forward to now. It is being claimed that Peatross will cross examine Yazbeck and it will put MYDX into bankruptcy which is hilarious!
