I wonder if Lebby and his team has a design ready to build a silicon polymer highspeed modulator doing less then 1volt. Build the design into an actual device and shut all the naysayers up.

That newly built device and the data it generates for our NDA partners shouldn’t be under NDA.
How does it preform? Data, data, data.
I want to know what the feedback holds
