I think the difference is that Humbl is eagar and motivated to get it completed asap, I believe they want nothing to impede operations. Most OTC mergers they have a lot of ideas and development still in the works and the merger is not priority for them. Humbl I believe wants to move quickly imo.

This is a reverse merger. They are done in weeks to months unlike regular mergers which take months to years. It’ll be done this week.
