Yes, we can 100% say, SCAMydx has no cash to run operations that has been obtained legally.

They didn't have the cash back in Nov'19, and haven't issued any 8-K's for stock warrants since the last SEC filing (cause they are required to be current on filings). And have zero other assets to put up.
