I agree Juancy that loyal shareholders should not be impatient because the average business deal to sell a company can take many months or sometimes even a year or more and when you factor in this case where we're dealing with two business parties from different countries and also the governments of two countries and the approvals needed within the governments at many levels in the two countries, it's almost amazing that anything gets done especially when one of the countries is Mexico where everything is manana! That being said I think there is some urgency to close this deal by the end of the year due to the change and the US Administration and also due to changes in the potential capital gains tax laws combined with the fact this is AMLO's third year of a six-year term and since some of these construction projects take a couple years, so if AMLO intends to get any political benefit from his energy initiatives, things need to get rolling ASAP!
