Whether the news comes next week or a few weeks from now, we know that this will be much higher then, IMO. I refuse to time this one trying to flip and miss out on what is headed our way. The good thing is that most of us understand that the instant gratification mentality is not your friend here.

And I still don't understand why some would think that a buyout was going to happen anytime soon. But glad I don't assume until we know it's true. Looking forward to the official announcement of the projects.
