It will be interesting to see how they move forward. If they no longer are utilizing the NOL do they try to stay hidden still or do they just accept that they are a public company with a duty to their shareholders.
Dan, you bring up some possible bad things that management could do, but after losing in court they may want to fly right and see stock price make them money by going up. Obviously, there is/are some shareholders that arent going to take things lying down. This may make management decide to work to shareholders benefit.
