There are no shares to cancel as they were never issued. That's basic stuff you should attempt to understand. That makes GOFF a good play.
XMET has run its course. People who bought at 0001 to 0002 made bank on a 10 to 20 bagger. There's not much upside left as the magic share cancelation, if it happens, won't happen next week or anytime soon. In order to cancel shares, somebody is going to have to buy them back. Anyone on the hook for that is going to fight it on appeal. Who is going to pay it? The dead guy? His estate? The transfer agent? Lazar?
Lower courts can issue whatever orders they want. That doesn't mean they take effect right away. People are going to be sorely disappointed when the hype doesn't pan out.
