If the shares were not being cancelled then when David Lazar issued the certificate of amendment on 9/9 to cover the legal liability with NVSOS of the over-issued shares he would have updated the SEC/ OTC then but didn't. Instead OTC markets still show the AS being not available and the last security update was 11/30. It's estimated that 2-4B shares are held by shareholders so using the existing equity to return the excess to treasury and canceling them will be easy. We will likely see a CoA shortly after the claims period and the rest will happen quickly
