Thanks for the input. My 2 cents below

Missling reminds me of John Chambers who was CEO of Cisco - that guy could speak and make a remark or two during the earnings CC that would send the stock tumbling AH, even when the earnings were stellar or decent; just one toxic remark about state of business or expectations for the future from his mouth would be enough to kill the stock (I remember my call options getting decimated a couple of times and then started buying put options and made good money ! - true story)

Below is what you posted as Missling's response to the Q.

Q. Dr.M please give us an overview of S1 Receptor?

S1 has no immediate function for day to day activities in our bodies. It can be left out and animals have no different life. It seems to only be useful later in life, for activation by certain small molecules.

Now imagine if he could have answered it in another way - something that I posted below (and I admit I am no expert)

Q. Dr.M please give us an overview of S1 Receptor?

S1 receptor is both interesting and intriguing. It is useful as we age and get afflicted by age-related disease; as a means to activate certain small molecules that are critical for maintaining Homeostasis. So when one is relatively young it is more or less a silent spectator. There is a lot of research going on, highlighting the role of S1 and I am sure with time, more of the mystery will be uncovered.

No wonder the stock is tanking; especially when the CEO begins to answer the question by dissing the subject in question, which ironically is the key for MOA.
